"Larry and Pamela Wymer of West Des Moines and Marlin and Marlene Edwards of Johnston are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Lacia Kay Wymer and David Marlin Edwards. Lacia is a 1997 graduate of Valley High School. She attended the University of Iowa and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2001 and received her Master's degree in Education from Drake University in 2004. David is a 1996 graduate of Johnston High School. He attended Moody Bible College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Ministry in 2000. The wedding will be held May 20, 2006 at Westchester Evangelical Free Church with the reception to follow in Polk City at the Tournament Club of Iowa. The couple will honeymoon in Maui."
