I would love to know details of the reunion...like what TIME to show up!! Do we have discounts with any hotel? Last I remember, 7 Flags was a gym, so are we playing scooter-dodgeball or sitting down to dinner?
At this point I'll be in town either way, but I would like to know how to pack and how to schedule my day.

Yeah, not many of the details were advertised. I did ask Brian Gongol and I think he said the doors open at 6pm with the meal about 7 but don't quote me. I'm still not sure of the following...
What are we having for the dinner?
(I am vegetarian so need to be prepared if I am spending $50 for a steak I won't eat)
Will there be any entertainment, dj?
Can people sign up at the door or was there an RSVP deadline?
See the thread about the "unofficial" family friendly picnic-Saturday 11:30 in Pearson Park. I say "unofficial" because it can't legally be a part of the reunion!

Details are on the way to you via e-mail this afternoon...but here are your answers:
- 7 Flags now has a giant convention center attached to the gym. We're in the convention center, not the workout area.
- Doors will open at 6:30, with appetizers until 8:00, when we'll have dinner
- Yes, there will be a vegetarian option
- We're planning to have music, but getting everyone signed up to RSVP first was the top priority
- RSVP deadline: Please, please, please send your RSVPs to us right away. If you're planning to come and don't think your RSVP will arrive by Wednesday, please send an e-mail to reunion //at// vhs1997.com and let us know. The caterers need our head count 48 hours in advance, so please let us know ASAP.
